Diamond Candle Review

Sometimes there's a brand that is useful and fun. It blazes through social media sites. Right now, Diamond Candles is a brand on fire! We had to find out why. Our addiction began with this:

The Lavender Lemon candle.

When it arrived, the noses of all family members sniffed and declared it smelled really, really good. We set it on the mantle and lit the wick.

My kiddos tend to gravitate to a flickering flame. They are cautious but are mesmerized by the dancing flame. They also want to be the one who gets to put the candle out when it's time. That's when they noticed this:

Diamond Candle

The Divine Miss M read it and then shouted, "Mom! There's a ring in this candle and it could be a $5,000 one!"

It's true. Every Diamond Candle comes with a ring nestled inside the soy candles with a surprise value of $10, $100, $1,000 or $5,000! Unlike their boxes of cereal with a hidden surprise, the candle created the issue of "How the heck do we get it out?"

And then one night, when the "puff" kiddos went to blow out the flame, they saw this:

There were giddy shouts and jumping up and down. "We see the ring!"

They called their dad to see if it was okay if they got the ring out without him. "Pleeease!" they begged. He said to go ahead!

They blew out the flame and we used a wooden skewer to pull the ring out. It appeared as a gold foil nugget.

Carefully we unwrapped the foil and removed the ring from the sealed plastic baggie.  Li'l Man exclaimed, "It's my birthstone!"

It was quickly claimed by The Divine Miss M.

Since the Lavender Lemon Diamond Candle we have enjoyed several other scents and discovered more great rings. Diamond Candles cost $24.95 for 21 ounces. They can be purchased through the Diamond Candles website.

We have burned eight candles and each time we have enjoyed the candle, the scent is high quality and discovering the ring inside is still an exciting moment.

Still uncertain? Check out their  Facebook page and take a peek at the rings found in candles purchased by their fans. Some are worth hundreds of dollars and all are beautiful!

Check out this one minute 30 second video on the Diamond Candle Story.

Take a moment to visit the Diamond Candles Website and leave a comment about which scent you would love to try.
