Clara has enjoyed the Live Clean Baby products during baths and diaper changings.  The fragrance is light and pleasant - unlike some other baby brands.  I like the fact that it isn't greasy and cleans well.  It is nice to know there is a brand that is good for the earth and the baby's well-being.  While I am not much of a "green" thinker, I was appalled when I looked at my current brand of baby shampoo!  How could we have been putting all of these harsh ingredients on my sweet newborns?!  While there are many ingredients in these products that I can't pronounce, I like that they are at the END Of the ingredient list and ingredients like flower extracts are the primary ingredients, and all ingredients are organic.  The harsh chemicals in other products worry me because I don't know how it will affect my baby's sensitive skin... especially now that Clara is going through her baby acne stage.

The poor darling has little bitty pimples all over her cheeks, eyelids, and hair line.  Live Clean Baby products alleviate the irritation and redness associated with baby acne.  The Shampoo gently cleanses her hair (and will hopefully keep cradle cap at bay) and the Baby Bath allows a nice soak and the scent keeps Clara relaxed during her bath time.  Of course, this stage of baby acne and will quickly pass, but we will continue to use Live Clean Baby because of its price, its availability, and its quality.

LIVE CLEAN Gentle Moisture Non-Petroleum Jelly

I like the Non-Petroleum Jelly because it does not leave my fingers with that awful greasy residue when  I use it for Clara.  The Baby Lotion, too, leaves my fingers feeling refreshed without being greasy.  (I do not like greasy fingers!)  While Clara has not had a diaper rash (YET), we continue using a diaper Ointment dab for each change to keep the redness away... Poor MES had the WORST diaper rash I have ever seen, and I am sure this would have been better for her skin on a daily basis than what we used.
