Q2 Internet Radio Makes Music Go! Review

The Q2 Internet Radio is one of the few items that has had my husband excited. It is absolutely awesome and getting a lot of use at our house!

If you have never heard of Q2, allow me to show you just how cool (and cute) it is:

Q2 Internet Radio

This little box proves dynamite comes in small packages, at just four inches square, and is available in five fun colors, the Q2 has no button, no switches, no dials, and no screens. It's 100% motion-controlled, making this radio an interactive experience. It requires a wi-fi connection and allows you to listen to local, national or international radio stations. I use mine to tune into Adam Corolla and Joe Rogan's podcasts and the kiddos claim it to listen to Radio Disney. There are no service fees or subscriptions, which you gotta love!

The Q2 works with a PC or a Mac and offers incredible sound and volume. It is easy to set up and using it is fun.

Each side of the cube is labeled with I, II, III, or IV. These are your stations. You use the Q2 radio software on your computer to program your 'stations'. I'm an 80s girl through and through so I on my Q2 plays all the great hair bands of the 1980s.

Then the interaction begins. Tilt-up for volume-up and tilt down for volume down. Place one speaker side for stop/pause. Wanna change channels, roll it to a different number and it will do it for you!

It's a single speaker that delivers amazing sound.

It's rechargeable, reprogram-able, and easy to set up!

The only button on the Q2 Internet Radio is an On/Off switch located on the bottom right on the back. That's IT!

The software makes programming the Q2 easy. You just download the software found on the Q2 website and using the USB, plug the Q2 in, then drag and drop radio stations and podcasts into the four "channel" slots. Browse by country or genre, search for your favorite radio station. It's an extensive list giving the user plenty of options.

The only complaint I have about the Q2, is I to hide the Q2 when I'm not using it because the husband or children will claim it and I'll have to hunt it down when I want to use it!
