Scrubz Body Scrub Review

This is our Scrubz Body Scrub Review. We received Scrubz Body Scrub in exchange for this post. All opinions and my love for body scrubs remain my own.

Scrubz Body Scrub Review

Utah is a dry state.

We are often told in the summer months that we are experiencing a "drought".

It's true.

I laugh because, well, we are a desert.

The dry climate, mixed with the cold winter has left my skin dry, flakey, and cracked.

It's disgusting!

I had the opportunity to try Scrubz Body Scrub and Wowie. Wow. Wow!

It is amazing stuff.

First, when it arrived my daughters and I cooed at how beautiful it was packaged.

It was exactly how we envisioned a beauty product should be...BEAUTIFUL.

The burgundy organza bag, tied with matching satin ribbon started the flow of a beauty regimen.

It lured me.

We admired it for a few hours.

Then we gently opened it up and discovered the contents to be equally aesthetic and they appealed to not only our eyes but our noses as well.

The bag contained the jar of Scrubz Body Scrub in Wild Cherry Almond and a scooping spoon.

My children were begging to be the first to use it, but I told them "No way!"

I escaped, secretly, to the shower and prepared to use Scrubz.

I've used other sugar scrubs in the past.

I noticed right away, when I opened the lid, that Scrubz was different.

It did not have the layer of  "Oil" on the top.

Scrubz whips their sugar with the oils to make it a very unique sugar scrub.

It's actually four body products in one!

Scrubz can be used as a Body Scrub/Cleaner, Facial Scrub, Pre-Shave/Shaving oil, and Moisturizer.

This stuff really works!

I used it for one week and I'm having a love affair with my skin.

It's hydrated. It doesn't itch and it looks amazing.

Scrubz is made with eight natural oils:

Three have been "specifically known to reduce or even cure eczema and psoriasis:

Coconut Supreme Oil, Olive Oil, Vitamin E Oil;

Two of the oils in Scrubz "have been specifically known to protect the skin from the environment:

Canola Oil, Jojoba Oil;

Three of the oils "have specifically been known to de-stress, repair and tighten skin:  Aloe Vera Oil, Grapeseed Oil, and Soybean Oil.

Other ingredients are Natural Sucrose, Essential and Fragrance Oils, and Shea Butter.

There is no alcohol, artificial preservatives or color in Scrubz.

Now, that's something my skin appreciates!

My children used it and they loved washing their faces with it because they could "lick their lips and taste it"!

I didn't even freak out because of the natural ingredients.

There is a scent for everyone from Citrus and Floral to Clean, Fruity/Sweet, and Woodsy and Minty.

Their product line includes the Scrubz, but also Scrubblez (for kids), Natural Facez and Shavez, Butterz, Lipz, and Oilz.

They also have PINK NYC, a lavender mixed with Sweet Pear where 50% of every jar is donated to Komen Greater NYC.

Another thing I absolutely love about this product is that it didn't drown and coat my shower or tub with a pool of oil.

Sure there was a trace, but it wasn't enough to make it an oil slick!

I value a product that delivers results without requiring me to put a lot of "elbow grease" into it!

I'm impressed with this product. From how it was packaged, the look, the texture, the taste, and the results how well it softened my skin.

It truly is "softening the world one jar at a time"!
